Brownies
BROWNIE BITESSpray 8 inch square pan with Pam. In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl with mixer on high, beat egg and egg whites until foamy. Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat for 1 minute. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until slightly thickened. Beat in margarine (melted). Gradually stir in flour mixture just until evenly moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan. (Do not over bake). Cool completely. Cut into 2 x 2 inch bars. Makes 32. |

HEALTH FUDGE BROWNIE, NO CHOLESTEROLPlace sugar, flour, cocoa and baking powder in large bowl. Mix at low speed to blend. Add margarine, egg white, syrup and vanilla. Mix at low speed until blended. Spread in 11x15 inch jelly roll pan, well greased. Dough will be very stiff. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cooling, make frosting. Frost and cut in squares. |

NO CHOLESTEROL BROWNIESMelt the margarine in large bowl. Add all ingredients except walnuts. Mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spread batter evenly in an 8 x 8 x 2 metal pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. The middle portion should be soft. Cool before cutting 2 inch square. |

SWEET AND LOW BROWNIESPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut while warm. Makes 16. |
