Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam. Combine flour, salt and
pepper. Cover chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Put chicken pieces in pan and cook until brown, 50 to 55 minutes.
Remove skin from chicken. Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with steamed mixed vegetables and baked potatoes.
