Brown chicken in non stick pan. Add remaining ingredients, except mushrooms and sweet and low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook u uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Stir in sweet and low. 6 servings. 215 calories each serving.

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST

Combine water, soy sauce, oil and onion, pour over chicken breasts. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Grill until done (approximately 25 minutes). 4 servings.

LEMON BAKED CHICKEN

Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cover chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Put chicken pieces in pan and cook until brown, 50 to 55 minutes.

SPICY BAKED CHICKEN

Remove skin from chicken. Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with steamed mixed vegetables and baked potatoes.
