5 LAYER SALAD

In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients: lettuce; frozen peas; frozen vegetables; sliced chicken strips; mayonnaise. Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve. Serves 4 to 6.

BAKED CHICKEN

Remove skin from chicken breasts. Mix Italian dressing, soy sauce, onion and mustard together. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Uncover and cook until brown.

BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into floweretts and place in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons minced onion, and 4 teaspoons bacon bits. In separate bowl combine garlic and melt vinegar to equal 1/3 cup. Add 4 tablespoons lite salad dressing, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.

CRAB MEAT SALAD

Mix together and arrange on lettuce leaf. Garnish with tomato and cucumber and Avacado and black olives. Sprinkle with paprika.

CREAMY PASTA AND CABBAGE SALAD

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold running water. Drain well. In a small bowl stir together yogurt, salad dressing, parmesan cheese and garlic. In a large bowl toss together macaroni, salad dressing mixture, cabbage and carrots, cucumber,r and tomato. Cover; quick chill in the freezer for 10 minutes. Serve atop lettuce if desired. makes 6 servings. Nutrition information per serving: (131 cal., 3 g. fat, 2 mg. chol., 155 mg. sodium.)

DIET SALAD

Pour gelatin over pineapple in sauce pan and bring to a boil. When cool, mix with cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Serve with triangle thin crackers.
