Serve with a selection of southwestern toppings such as shredded Cheddar cheese, prepared guacamole, sour cream, sliced jalapeņo peppers, and sliced black olives.
SPREAD about 1/4 cup soup mixture on half of each tortilla to within 1/2" of edge. Moisten
edge with water. Fold over and seal. Place on 2 baking sheets.
Wrap tortillas in a lightly-dampened paper towel and microwave just until warm, about 20-30 seconds. Or, wrap in foil and heat in a 400°F. oven for 10 minutes.
