MARINADE FOR VENISONBring to a boil. Add the above soy sauce, sherry mixture, also vinegar, ginger to taste. Bake ribs for 30 minutes at 350, then for 2 hours with sauce on bad side then on good side. |

MARINADE FOR WILD GAME2 onions, thinly sliced 2 carrots, coarsely chopped 2 lg. stalks celery, coarsely chopped |

QUICK SAUCE FOR FURRED GAMEMix thoroughly, add flour, butter, onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine. Slowly stir in marinade. Cook until thickened then pour over game. |

RAW MARINADEMix them, pour over venison or any furred game as recipe directs. Refrigerate 24 hours or longer before cooking. |

SAUCE FOR VENISONRemove cooked venison, pour over top. Taste; add salt and pepper if desired. |

SAUCE FOR WILD GAMECombine all ingredients and refrigerate. Good marinade for any wild game or meat. Keeps indefinitely. Makes 1 quart. |

VENISON MARINATEMarinate meat for 2 days, turn often. Broil or bake or fry. |
