DEER AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Brown deer meat and sausage in large skillet. Crumble meat; pour off excess fat. Add garlic, onion, pepper, sweet basil and remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Place in 12"x14"x3" baking dish. Cover generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with foil, uncover, cook until nice crust forms on top, approximately 15 minutes. 8 servings.

Sprinkle over bottom mixture. Pour 1/2 can tomato juice over other ingredients. Cook in 250 degree oven for 4 hours.

VENISON CASSEROLE

Combine the venison, green pepper, and onion in skillet and cook until brown. Cook noodles and drain. Add to venison mixture. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, tomato soup, mushroom soup, corn, 1 cup cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 275 degrees until heated through. Serves 12.

VENISON OR MOOSE CASSEROLE

Place meat in casserole and add mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and tomatoes. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

VENISON CASSEROLE

Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Lightly saute onions and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add meat and brown. Mix all ingredients but potato chips. Put mixture into a well greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake for another 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
