VENISON MEATBALLS
DEER MEATBALLSCombine all ingredients except shortening; mix well. Shape mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Fry in hot shortening until brown on all sides and well done. Serve with catsup or gravy. V.V.A. Chapter 266 |

VENISON MEATBALLSShape into small balls. Brown in melted shortening. Sprinkle with remainder of envelope of onion soup mix, cover with water and simmer approximately 1 hour. Add more water if necessary. Serve with rice. Good alone as an appetizer. Yield: 4 servings. |

VENISON MEATBALLSMix ingredients into the ground meat. Make balls and flatten some and fry in skillet, turn. When done, pour 1 cup water over the meatballs. Pour one can beefy mushroom soup over the meatballs. Cover, simmer until meat and gravy is hot. Serve soon. MM - good! Beef hamburger can be substituted for venison. |

VENISON MEATBALLSCrumble bread slices coarsely; combine with milk and baking powder in mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add venison, onion, salt and seasoning salt to bread mixture; mix well. Shape into balls. Brown in small amount of flat in skillet; stir to brown on all sides. Place meatballs in baking dish. Combine soup with milk; blend well. Pour soup mixture over meatballs; top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
