husband conveys all his rights, title and interest which he, as husband, under the laws of the state of
_________, may have acquired or which he may acquire during the lifetime of wife, or at her death,
by reason of the marriage that now subsists between the parties, in and to all the property, both
personal and real, which now is or during the lifetime or at the death of wife may be owned by wife. |
